The kindness and sensitivity I was shown at this facility was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful in giving me strategies to avoid feeling the anxiety I feel about MRI’s. I was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you both so much. I am so grateful.

I task anyone to try and call this wilkens center and try to actually talk to someone at the wilkens center. I started at 8am, and it is now 9:30.. there phone options transfer you to every image center on cape, except to the wilkens center. Tried every option they have every single time the told me wrong place and transfer me back to the main menu.. Tried to cancel with no luck. Think I might have covid, guess I just got to go there..

First time at this facility and was totally impressed. Lovely, airy waiting room with beautiful artwork. Staff were pleasant, accommodating and competent. Wait time was minimal. Wouldn't hesitate to go there again if needed.

I really felt like an inconvenience, not a patient. Not all staff deserve this rating however I can't rate one by one. Front desk deserve 10 stars and thank God for them.
