The ABSOLUTE WORST service! I was having trouble receiving my daughters social security card after completing the application/in person meet. When I called for help the customer service people were extremely rude. They hung up on my while I was trying to tell them that THEY told me to call back on a certain day so they could re-order the card after I found out the mail man sent it back. They sent me to a supervisor mailbox with no returned calls. They continued to tell me that I would have to come into the office again, which is not true as they already reissued me one over the phone after the second time the card didn't come in. Call the 800 number, these people are useless if you are in need of help.

Not very helpful. I went in a few days ago to get some help on filling out a review the lady wouldn’t help me and gave me a number too call so I did and after waiting almost an hour and half the lady answered and she wouldn’t help me either! They don’t care about us just about their paycheck!

How is it that this office can continue to function without helping the public. How come they can get away with this lack of service? I am unsure whether it is worth making an appointment even though we have questions .

Bad experience at all. I try to call 5 times different times to answer me, and the person who attends has a very bad attitude. I recommend looking for another social security office.

I was unable to apply online for an account. The application insisted I have a middle initial which I do not have. I would like to come in and get help making an online account. Do I need an appt and what is the best way to arrange this? Thank you

Need to bring death certificate to closest social sercurity office and your proof of next of kin...licence birth certificate...ect....call Boston main number they will direct you on what documents they need
