Unbelievable, I called to see how much will they charge to adj the clutch cable and if they need to replace it how much would that be...well next thing I know they want 150 dollars first. They won't give you an approx price how much something is going to cost even if you know what is wrong. What does the $150 have to do with the price of something. Maybe they need to add the 150 to the cost to actual task so you can get a price.... What a rip off - someone needs to pay for that building. How can you do business this way?

Rhonda was a great help, super professional and had excellent customer service. We were recently on vacation to Cape Cod, and our Mazda experienced some issues. We had the car towed to Mazda of Cape Cod on an early Saturday AM. Rhonda made sure that we could be seen right away, so we wouldn't have to wait until Monday. The problem was quickly resolved that same day. 5 star service all around.
