I have been with HCHC for about 10+ years. Their old facility was like being in a cattle heard. Tolerated it because my doctor was decent. When I started at the new facility, I was told I needed to choose a new primary. My doctor was trilingual, so would be dealing with nonenglish speaking patients. Connected with an awesome NP...no complaints. Relieved excellent care, attentiveness and follow up with all medical issues. She moved on to another job, but hand picked a new MD for me. Great match, and had utmost respect for this new doctor. Then the pandemic hit. Now, when I have a medical problem that for me is serious enough to reach out, few tests are done, and ill5get a call stating nothing showed up...I'll keep on it and get back to you. NEVER HAPPENS!! Had a kidney problem, negative urine test, severe swelling in legs (Still persists) nothing has improved. That "I'll get to the bottom of this call was in mid May. Have not heard one word since!! The last time I was "dismissed by CCHC (26 times by ambulance) at the hospital ER I was finally diagnosed with a brain tumor and two large aneurysms! DEJA VU! What has happened to our medical professionals/system?? When did they stop listening and caring for their patients? People, these are our bodies! We KNOW when something is not right! HEAR US!

Harbor Health Hyannis is a very professional medical office. The doctors and staff are all great, helpful and willing to go beyond to keep patients feeling very well cared for. They are more like the doctors and staff of offices I have gone to as a young person in the 50s 60s and 70s. They are “old fashioned” medical providers. In my book that is a huge plus. Thank you for your care.
