Coolant vent line on cylinder head was broken , recall was performed. Saturday morning I discovered fluid leaking from under car. Warning signals indicated coolant was dangerously low, engine was overheating, call dealership immediately. I Called Megan S who said “ bring car in now ”. She and Michael T walked me through possible causes for leak. Suggested I leave car at dealership until Megan could fit me into the service schedule. Mike helped me arrange rental car. Megan arranged transportation to pick up location. Everything worked smoothly and I felt supported throughout the “ unexpected event” Staff is very helpful at this dealership! Meghan exudes confidence and caring and performs at a 10 plus! Monday afternoon my car was ready for pickup!

Megan Schuster was an excellent service rep and made sure I was safe! She also has excellent customer service skills and made sure I still enjoyed my evening even while my car was in for service. This team was quick to replace my tire and had it ready sooner than expected. If I could give 10 stars I would!

No, we accept same day walk-ins, however we recommend you scheduling an appointment so that the process will be much quicker.
