DO NOT TRUST THIS PRACTICE. I went in for an annual check-up and very clearly requested "only the preventative blood work that my insurance fully covers" because I could not afford to pay for additional services. The staff told me that they understood and that I would not be charged anything else. A few days later, they called and said they recommend additional bloodwork to check on a few things. When I asked if this would result in additional charges, they told me I just had to pay $20 for the blood work and nothing else. A few weeks later I received a bill for HUNDREDS of dollars from Quest Diagnostics for blood work. Suddenly, everyone at the doctors office was too busy to take my calls or respond to my emails. Now that I finally got a hold of someone at the office, they are telling me that there is nothing they can do about this and I am stuck having to pay for these tests that I never requested. This was not the lab's fault, it is the fault of this practice. Even if you have amazing insurance and don't think this applies to you, I would still recommend you go elsewhere. In my two visits, I never even saw the doctor's face. Sadly, at no point did I feel like they cared about their patients' health. They barely answered my questions and brushed me off as if I didn't matter. On the bright side, Sergio Garcia's practice set the bar so low that I could pick my next doctor at random and odds are I will have a better experience.

Dr Garcia is a great doctor with a fantastic bedside manner. Appointments are easy to schedule, his assistant Ana always returns calls and follows through on questions and requests. Dr. Garcia has been my doctor for the last few years and I was finally able to convince my elderly disabled mom to leave her doctor of 20+ yrs (who had horrible bedside manner, would take weeks to schedule appt, his secretary would never return calls, rude receptionist, wait over an hour to be seen, she thought this was normal) and her only regret was not doing it sooner. She was so happy with her decision to switch and felt well taken care of after her first appt.
