ONLY pick up this loads if you ready to stay here for 8+HRS TO UNLOAD and also okay to deal with RUDE employee at the receiving (older lady). She will treat you like a child and repeat unnecessary phrases which dont even have to do anything with your job. It feels like she’s your boss or mother and you are the bad kid even you be polite and friendly as I was . Also this fees are crazy , I waited from 4AM I’ll 12PM for my unload but Also that’s so stupid I had to pay 280 bucks of their fees and only after processing they give me my paperwork. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Extremely rude and unprofessional (Olivia). The other ladies at the payment window and security were nice and friendly.

I see why the reviews here are bad. The old woman who works in the office is very unfriendly. It's been an hour since they parked at the dock, but they don't unload.They also get lumper fee. I never want to come back. I don't want to give you a star. Soooooooo baaaaaaad.
