Did an excellent job digitizing some old VHS-Cs we had into MP4 files. The quality was great considering the age of the tapes, with virtually no tracking errors. Erick is very responsive and easy to work with, and even had one of the damaged cassettes repaired so he could get the video out of it. Cost was very reasonable considering the expertise on display, especially compared to attempting to do this transcription at home with questionable equipment! Many thanks!
