I have to give a huge shout out to my favorite local gift shop in our town! I love this store so much! Since we moved here almost 3 years ago, I try to always buy here first when I’m shopping for a gift! Saturday night we were packing for the beach when we decided if we got rid of our hard cooler, we would have more room in our trunk with a soft cooler! It’s SATURDAY NIGHT when we come up with this grand idea! I knew I had just received an email from Red Owl regarding bags so I looked to see if they had one! They did! So I went to order it online, knowing I would pick it up this week….and we would do the beach again with our new cooler next trip. The owner Laurie contacted me saying she was running to her shop, wanted to see if I was local to Cheshire and maybe she could help me out! SHE DELIVERED THIS COOLER TO OUR HOUSE SATURDAY NIGHT so we would have it for the beach early Sunday morning! I was completely floored! Thank you so much Laurie for going above and beyond to make sure we had this new cooler for our beach trip! If that’s not creating magical moments of customer service, I don’t know what is! Anddd the cooler kept two bags of ice all day long!!!

The Red Owl is my go-to for gifts, whether it be for birthdays or the holidays. I ordered on a Wednesday at 10 AM and got the delivery that afternoon. Always a great shopping experience!

Hello! Our Covid safety practices include requiring face masks as per CDC guidelines to enter our store. We currently allow a max of 8 people in the store at a time. We have social distancing markers on our floor and ask customers to follow social distancing guidelines. We have a touchless hand sanitizer to use upon entry and also sanitizer available at checkout. We disinfect our checkout area in between customers. Our sale team undergoes a health screening questionnaire and a temperature check when they arrive to work. We have a cleaning and disinfecting policy that we follow throughout the day and at closing. We also utilized a UV Jewelry Sanitizer and steamer to clean products if a customer tries an item on and as needed. We have contactless payment options and also offer curbside pickup services.
