Big y used to be good. Now I shop there just because it's the store closest to me. They're bakery items are not very good. Their meat is garbage no better than Walmart. They don't grind their own beef for burger anymore they ship it in from the Midwest pre-ground with indelible chunks of cartilage in it. It's great when people are in business to only take your money!

I went because I had a gift card. I bought the Angus beef rib eye steaks. Very tender.
Masks are required, the arrows for lanes are still there, but nobody seems to notice them anymore (myself included) but it also wasn't very busy. I can't remember if there is plexiglass at the checkouts. I think yes, but I just don't remember. I used self-checkout. There were 4 of those and no waiting. I don't know if they disinfect carts, conveyer, etc.
