I tried several times over the span of 2wks to contact them directly, and never received any replies. So I filed a claim with FedEx and it is being investigated now. Hoping for resolution and/or refund before the end of the year.
Yeah to my knowledge they only have a warehouse in Connecticut but they deliver very quickly. I live in new Jersey and only buy from them, they usually deliver with in 3 to 5 days depending on your location of course.
They are a great company to deal with Keya is a very good worker she took my order looked up my items without me having to go thru the website and there shipped fast and to your door in a discreet package
