Great experience! While looking for multiple technology devices one associate assisted on her expertise and then took us to the associate with knowledge of our other devices we were looking for. Unlike many other east central Best Buy stores I have recently visited. Worth my drive to Richmond. I recommend this store.

You never know what you'll find at Ollie's besides good prices. Many times the items are at the end of the expiration date, but it hasn't seemed to matter with most things I've bought. This store was well stocked unlike many local stores. Checkout was slow but every place is these days so I'm not holding that against Ollie. Not now anyway.

I got a new stereo installed by the “Geek Squad” auto tech department, Josiah handled the installation. It was a super quick process (about an hour), and it turned out I had initially purchased a part that he didn’t end up needing for the installation. I expected to get refunded the part cost, but he also refunded for the labor that wasn’t required - a pretty significant refund for the unnecessary labor, which I found to be super honest and ethical. Maybe that’s standard procedure but it seemed like something a lot of companies might not do. Josiah was a really nice dude and he did the job well. It went about as smooth as I could’ve hoped, and I love the new stereo!

Hey, the module number is AC1750. I checked BestBuy.com for you and it looks like they do carry it. However it does not look like it is available in the Richmond location. You would have to order it. If you go in store they can help you do that as well. Or you may do that online.

Unfortunately Best Buy uses a phone HUB where it directs all calls to a central location. Each individual store cannot control what calls get pushed through or answered properly. HOWEVER, if you use the extension 2101 or 2103 when asked to use one it will direct you directly to that store you are trying to get a hold of.

I just spoke with someone with Best Buy Richmond. Took 12 minutes on hold for an answer. I was told that calls to 4 different locations are being handled by a hub, and calls are being dropped during transfer. My suggestion is to be patient if you need an answer over the phone, otherwise it may be quicker to just go to the store. Live Chat is available on the Best Buy App. Good luck.
