I just spoke with someone with Best Buy Richmond. Took 12 minutes on hold for an answer. I was told that calls to 4 different locations are being handled by a hub, and calls are being dropped during transfer. My suggestion is to be patient if you need an answer over the phone, otherwise it may be quicker to just go to the store. Live Chat is available on the Best Buy App. Good luck.
