The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily while we were there. Only decaffeinated coffee available in room. Not everyone only drink decaf coffee. Some family members smoke, the smoking area does not look like it has been cleaned in a long time.

The good: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bad: 1. My husband went down to the front desk to ask for some more soap. Rather than give it to him, he was told, "We'll bring it up to your room." Did they bring it up? No, he had to go back down the next morning to ask for it again, and he was given it. (He should have received it the first time.) 2. The toilet seat in room 221 was about to fall off. Unfortunately, I did not discover this until midnight. 3. The syrup was all gone for our breakfast, and the man was not willing to restock it. 4. Napkins also ran out at the breakfast area, and the same person behind the desk was not restocking them. 5. The clock in our room was not working. (Thankfully, we had our phones.) 6. The paint was chipping in the bathroom, as well as the bathroom door. 7. The swimming pool was not open. We were told it was because of COVID. 🙄 8. The coffee was rather nasty. So, if you're *only* looking for a place to stay, this is it, but if you expect things to be restocked, and the front desk to be helpful, then look somewhere else.

Horrible front desk clerk. Pop machine right in front of him took my money and didn't give drink after 98 degree day. I asked for new drink or money back and he said I'll ask manager and did nothing. He then asked if I want change for my 20 and I'm like no I just want my drink. He actually changed my 20 and expected me to keep dumping money in his cash scam machine. So I said you know what I'll go get my keys and drive to store to get something to drink and when I got back he laughed about it. Indian ran place with cash scams in place. Pet fees in cash not on card? Faulty pop machines. I would recommend staying somewhere else so they lose business and learn customer service. Heck our government gave them 250,000 dollars to come here tax free and run these hotels and gas stations and they leave no option for proper travel stays.

Was not thrilled to see a $150 Cash deposit for damaged rooms or stains. That was a little ridiculous. Even the top of the line, 5 star EXCELLENT hotels don't even charge that. It would be helpful to know these things before booking a room that you cannot cancel on same day, even on the third parties web pages. Also if breakfast is offered & time was given, (6am to 9am) then why was nothing up or going to be ready at 6am?
