The worst place ever. They offer nothing for you or your family. Knew someone here got released second day and no one called to say he was being released just decided to call at 7:30 pm to come get him. And never not once heard from a doctor in those 2 days. This place is a complete joke. Needs to be shut down. They offer nothing to families in need of help and guidance. Shame on you!!!!!!!!

Horrible,they don't talk to each other , they are calling my husband to come get our daughter while someone else is in phone with me saying we need to keep here. They are horrible there !

It has been extremely difficult to pursue any services for my daughter with this organization. Wait times on the phone are always an hour or more. Getting scheduled for a counselor took weeks and months, only to receive an email shortly before the appointment with a Zoom link that does not work and have no one respond to the email. This is after the first meeting which was just to re-hash everything that we already reported. If you're going to offer mental health services for children, these issues cannot happen. We've delayed treatment from other sources trying to get this to work and all it's done is hurt our daughter. Well intentioned or not, my daughter is worse off than she was months ago when this process began.

Hi Robin, we do offer free services such as our Crisis Response Team. PRC will never deny services to anyone based on their inability to pay. PRC will provide discounts to patients based on family size and income. A sliding fee discount is available to eligible individuals. Proof of income and residence must be provided. Hi Jada! I apologize for the delay, but I was confirming with our insurance manager. She said we do take Florida Blue now but each insurance company has different types of allowed coverages so the client would have to call their insurance to make sure we are in network with them. I will also be updating our Insurance List to reflect that soon on our website. Please let me know if you need anything else.
