Yes, they sell silicone spray. It is a lubricant. I'm not sure what you mean by non-oily, but I can tell you I use it to lubricate spark plug wires so they are able to be removed in the future. I would be curious as to what you are looking to use it on/for? They sell lots of automotive chemicals.
