They lie when they say there’s free drying. It’s $2 per cycle per machine. Even when you’ve already paid to wash a load. Do not come here. It’s false advertising and a scam

Staff is TERRIBLE!(with the exception of two people - Hispanic woman with red curly hair & the Hispanic male) The staff does not assist and are never in the help window. Constantly running out of laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. i always set a timer to make sure I am back before my clothes are touched but I’ve come back several time to the staff emptying my washer or dryer. I truly believe this laundromat is racist as they will refuse to touch another customers load unless they know the person is African American (or any race beside Hispanic). I believe other than the Hispanic male and woman with red hair they need an entirely new staff and laundry products being this is a laundromat.

They just changed card machines and cards and they say free drying but only 15min is free unlike before the whole time was I split up my clothes like always into 3 machines and added extra time and for charged 2.00 each machine I didn't know if the change of price and the attendant would not refund my 6.00 even if I had to restart machine 2min into cycle
