The have machines that cut meats I know that as to if they will for you your brought one stake chunk im not sure(call them).. actually if you bring it be better so they see, be extra nice and offer to pay... they may do it free.. or if you buy something from there.. who knows.
There is no goat meat at Krakus. You can get it at Restaurant Depot or try to call local butcher.
I looked it up on line to figure out what is it. I did see it at this store at least once. My mom makes it so I never bought it.
Technically smoked kolbasis don't need to be cooked, but you really should warm them up a bit.
