Just stopped in today, a part broke on a bike I bought from them and I was missing the correct tool to make the repair. They went out of their way to provide the correct tool so I can make the repair in the shop. Great place, I no longer consider them friends, they're family

i dont work there but my Opinion is depending on the edition of the xbox it belongs to and what series xbox, what type of controller it is, (wired or wireless) and the rarity of the controller as some elite and special contollers go for several hundred dollars, Again it depends on the controllers rarity For instance...There is a 2020 Launch team controller Scarlet Shield edition that came with a special carry bag and signed note from "Phil Spencer himself that can bring in a pretty penny from the right collector that any True Xbox enthusiast as myself would love to have...Every Launch Team controller was included in a small grey carry bag. The bags included similar patterns to what is present on the controller. A Scarlett shield can also be found on the bag which includes the words Launch Team and the numbers 2020 representing the year that the console launched.
