Trying to reach someone about home care services to make an appt. They called but didn’t leave a voice message and only called once. When I called back I was told they didn’t have a call back number and to wait until I get a call back. Who doesn’t have a call back number? It’s been two weeks already and if I don’t get a call this week. I’m changing to another health insurance. Makes no sense.
