Just picked up the best chicken sandwich I've had at Burger King in a while

Completely horrible experience. I was in store for online order pick up. I waited over 20 minutes. They offered me a drink while I waited but I didn't want one. They offered me a Hershey pie, I have diabetes. They said I could sit while I waited like I didn't know I was allowed. The employee that offered these things acted like I was being unreasonable by not excepting and mentioned it out loud to other employees. They didn't give me a receipt for the order. All of this happened while there were multiple managers in store. All of the employees were adults. One of them was audibly complaining about being hungry and needing a break. While I was waiting, a visiting member of management asked me what I was waiting so long for and the employee interrupted me to explain herself. Burger King is supposed to be fast food. Nobody wants to wait that long and be treated poorly for sub par food. And it was around 2 pm. They weren't even busy.

Much better service than the other (closer) burger King. Definitely worth the extra drive for me.

They said we had to wait due to they were just putting fresh burgers on the grill but after we got to the hotel across the street from the restaurant the cheese wasn't melted and our buns was hard but the fries was still hot .
