Before you schedule your annual OB/GYN exam, you need to know that she makes patients see her for 3 separate occasions: First visit is for the initial pelvic exam. Second is the sonogram -- expect to wait almost 2 hours because sonogram visits are scheduled on Wednesday evenings for anyone that requires one. I had waited 2 hours before I was seen because the office completely overbooked this. It wasn't just me that waited a long time -- there were at least 7 other people, too. Third, is when she makes patients come for an office visit just to talk about results when this could easily be done over the phone. She also charges patients just to come in to talk about results! She's not even examining you! Making people come into the office just for the report is a complete lack of respect for a patient's time. I have had numerous doctors (OB/GYN and others) successfully communicate with me over phone and online portal messaging systems. Her overall bedside manner is condescending. I felt extremely disrespected in how I was spoken to. Patients deserve care and honestly in regards to health but not at the expense of making patients feel awful about themselves. That's not being helpful. It would be helpful if the office didn't send bills via USPS and expect the bill to paid on time now that USPS is functioning slower. And to only accept check payments is outdated and unreliable now that it can take mail 7 to 10 days to reach destination. Be more aware and mindful of how USPS works if you want to receive payments on time. The combination of lack of respect for time and being really condescending made me not enjoy being a patient at all. This whole experience was a waste of time and money.

So far the worst doctor office in New York with the worst disrespectful doctor and stuff, their job is about collecting copays and scare patients, they called my wife to coming in so urgent without any clue , every doctor we visited before were great , had 2 kids before we never had a problem, this office is a nightmare place for collecting money and trying to give patients bad news and scare them for referrals and copays What a bad experience that I advise everyone who has bad temper to never go there 00 rate with zero credit
