You can tell they're going downhill fast. I had a country fried steak that you could have thrown against the wall and it would have broke the wall. I will not be going back there and I have been going there for years but do disappointed the last couple of times. Only thing good was the fried cornbread and it was just a little over greasy but edible.

Food was fair, I really liked the fried pickles and their homemade silk pie! However i agreed with another review, which said that if you’re not “locals or regulars” then expect to be almost ignored. We finally got a refill when we got the check, after having to call someone over to us. And tiny restrooms (place was clean and the girl who rang us up was super friendly! The older lady who may run the place (?) was alright but our server was a young blonde who did good. Like I said food was decent but service at points was lacking!
