The manager was horrible. Rude to the other waiter (Coral). The 5 star is for coral(not sure of spelling) heard the other girls say it. She’s a skinny Caucasian girl with black hair. The manager is skinny Caucasian with fake eye lashes and highlights in hair. You should never correct employees in front of customers!!! Very unprofessional…. That looked like harassment to me. If I were your staff I would file a suit!!! Great food and service… HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

I worked there for six months I know how the food is cooked, prepared and suppose to taste like. We’ve had the same incidents happen ordering mid-day and night shifts several times now, but we still eat there because it convenient. Food was not right by not having the right ingredients and/or being over cooked or undercooked. Workers not knowing what goes on what and not even checking the menu to see what goes on what, knowing that the menus have it written what’s in the food. Grease galore because the grill isn’t being cleaned properly between shifts and/or to much oil is being added before cooking or not being shaken out of the fryer before putting it on to plate. Missing food in take out and in-store. Food not being checked throughly before giving the food to the customer. Condiments not being placed in the bags either even though it’s pretty much common sense if a customer order toast and don’t think to ask for jelly or butter you put them in the container or pre-package jellies onto the side. Food presentation has lacked in all categories. Definitely work with your new hires a little longer then just giving them apron and just saying here you go. Customers pay you to serve them. I expect a misshape to happen once awhile but this has been consecutive for months now. Please do better.

Stopped there, the place was packed. They had 2 young waitresses that ran their butts off making sure everyone had their food on time and kept our drinks refilled at all times. Very impressed and let them know it. Very few places like that anymore.

Wait staff and cooks wear masks per mandated by the governor. Every other table seating.
They're usually pretty good although lately what you've experienced unfortunately seems to be common. I've many friends that have had similar or worse service over the last month or two. I hope things change for the better as they used to be my favorite local place for breakfast.
Maybe their hours have changed I have the same experience at 11 on a Sunday night but I've gone on other nights and they were open
Foods not bad for a quick bite. But if I have time go to Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.
