Insurance fraud and robbery at this place!!!! I also should have read the reviews! I went in for Dr to check my throat. Felt like something was stuck there. She (Jamie Scaglione) literally spent 10 seconds looking down my throat, tells me i have irritation from acid relflux, throws a prescription at me and I was billed $260. I seriously question her diagnosis also as I never filled the prescription (I had serious concerns about side effects, which she downplayed) and the issue has since resolved. I have a 0$ copay on my insurance for my first specialist office visit which was confirmed with the office staff upon arrival. She spent a total of maybe 10 minutes with me...and they billed my insurance with a code that basically said they did a surgical procedure. I've contacted my insurance and it's under review but I don't have high hopes. I also contacted the ENT claims department directly and they said the claim has been coded correctly. I will never go back here and do not recommend...zero stars!

Dr. Falcone is the best ENT in Charlotte! Not only does he have a great personality, he is very inclusive of everyone. He is patient, sweet, funny and a great doctor! Also, his staff is always awesome. I highly recommend him to everyone!

Very professional and knowledgeable of they're profession. Staff is very friendly and courteous . My appointment was prompt didn't have too wait all day too see the doctor. My overall experience was overwhelmingly pleasant. I definitely would recommend they're practice to all my family friends and neighbors. Keep up the good work!!!!

I hate to speak bad about a care giving facility, but I do not want anyone else experiencing what I am now. 1. I should of read the google review first...ugh! 2. I went to LoveJoy as well, in January, I recieved a call saying they did not have my correct address and my bill is now deliquent. I asked for an itemized bill. $218 for just being a new patient!🤨 Also, $247 for a Laryngoscopy, I never haf a scope. 3. This doctor said I need to remove my tounsils, the procedure is very very painful. (3weeks if pain) that was it I had to make the decision if i wanted to I said I will think about it. No lie, not 6 minutes in his office $340. Do not go Here, the billing office lady is dry and uncaring...but i guess i would be to, if i had to keep justifying Dr. Lovejoy bills😡
