Doctor and nurse were great. Front desk employees not so much. They are rude/unprofessional or confused on why are you calling. My suggestion would be to get direct line to call if you need to schedule the surgery, if you miss initial call, instead of calling the number that’s according to people who pick up the phone after you have been on hold for an hour just generic number. Both times I called the phone number I was told to call according to the voicemail I received, I came across unprofessional staff. Not even letting me ask question just cutting me off telling me I called generic number and our conversation is being recorded. I hope they record conversations so they can work on fixing the issues.

Booked an appointment for annual eye check-up and provided insurance info ahead of time. I was told that they take my insurance and my exam would be covered in-network. A couple of months after the exam, I get a letter from a collections agency to recover the cost of the annual preventative eye exam. Apparently, they don't take my insurance and my insurance denied the claim they submitted. I would have never scheduled an appointment had I known that they don't take my insurance. Stay away from this place.

The nurse and PA my Mimi saw today were rude and degrading. You would think that someone over the age of 65 would have hearing problems, and that they would expect it. At least that’s what their signs say in the waiting area. The nurse was very short and rushed through updating the profile on the computer. She was impatient to hear my Mimi’s responses and would not wait for her to finish a sentence before asking something else. The PA hurt my Mimi in the process of cleaning her ears, and when she said “ow” the PA passively says “sorry” but showed no sympathy. If you have a parent or grandparent who goes here, by all means go with them, but I would highly recommend helping them find care elsewhere!!

Dr. Joshua Levine has taken care of my problematic sinuses for over 20 years, and I could not ask for better care. Angela, Dr. Levine's nurse, is by far the best I've personally dealt with in my 73 years of experience. I would rate Dr. Levine and Angela as second to none in their profession.
