Our daughter did a shelter drive for her birthday and was excited to drop off all the gifts from her friends. The ladies let us play with the cats and we got to pet Luna who was super excited to see new people. Great place to adopt from!

Staff was not very friendly at all. When I called the first time to ask a question, the employee answering the phone sounded as if she was annoyed. There were not a lot of animals here, thank goodness, yet I felt I was an inconvenience to their day.

The person that helped me was named Angela. She was very rude to me and spoke to me like I was an irresponsible pet owner. She quoted untrue facts on the proper healthcare of my personal pets. I was very disappointed she was so mean. I did …

This place is awesome. So many cats to adopt there now. And dogs on hold waiting for the parents to come get them. Sad. But well taken care of. Wish I had the time to worknthere.

Yes, They could really use people to walk and play with their animals....
BWAHS is closed on Monday. They will be open Tuesday at 9:30. Please call to check on your application.
Yes
Call the shelter. There are things you can do, but it's limited.
We applied for adoption on Fred jr. Cat, and this office never replied to our application. But, yes i think you can go and visit during their open hours.
You should be just fine. You can always call if your concerned.
I am pretty sure they do they take all kinds of donations
We are still taking bottles/cans. We are now collecting so we can fill boxes with hats, scarves, mittens, coats and boots to take to a couple schools for those children who come to school without.
I had to have a cat euthanized.A couple of years ago. They did not charge me.
Not sure. Give them a call. They are very nice
Not too long. They are awesome
No. Snap in China Twp does. Cheap
I'm not really sure but you might want to call them and ask what kind of dog is it
I am not a vet.
I'm sure they do
We had to wait about two weeks. But our dog had a hernia plus she was an older dog that need to be spayed. She had a litter previously also which might have made it delayed a little longer.
As far as drop offs it depends on what you mean by drop offs .. you would need to call
I adopted a female grey and white stripes in the spring.
Well call them up and tell them that.
Call them. They will instruct you on when to bring him. A lot of people just drop them off and it hurts them to see that. Good luck.
I rescued a dog there years ago. They had her almost a year before I got her. Call them up and ask them.
No, I did not. Call BWHS and get the man's name. There was a picture of him with the dog taken at the building the day the dog was adopted. It was on Facebook to.
You can go to their website to find out. Or you can go down there to see what kind of animals they have for adoption.
They don't have a vet or a vet tech that is able to come there. Maybe it's not in their budget or maybe they just can't get a volunteer vet to help out.
Vouchers for payment?not the actual procedure
