We adopted Leonard a week ago and are so happy we did. The adoption process was easy and you can see how much the staff love their jobs and all the animals. The staff let my mom and I spend a lot of time with the kitties and never rushed us. We are already planning on adopting another cat from them.

The cost for one adult cat was $25. Kittens may be different.
They didn't used to. No idea if they do now. Used to only be dogs and cats. Call them they are very friendly and could maybe direct you on who could help you out.
There was a delay in our original contact but then we got our appt. set up. As of last week it was by appt only. I'll mention these things today when were there.
They had a discount for Veterans when I got my baby through them. That was about 2 years ago though so I'm unsure if that's still in effect.
