A much needed review after a year, and it was terrible. My kids went here for summer camp and they absolutely hated it. The staff were lazy, had no sympathy, liked to play favorites, not nice, and when they were, it was like they were fake nice, and they were never understanding. My kids were in the younger and middle age group, but they weren't able to get a chance to play the video games, yet the older kids get to play them. Once one of my kids went to the darn camp office just because he told one of the staff members the truth: they're not very good counselors. My oldest cried once, and said at the very end that he didn't feel safe there to the main counselor, and it looked like she was showing fake sympathy. That's all I have to say. DO NOT COME HERE FOR SUMMER CAMP.

Don’t come here if anyone in your party has an special needs, they are not accommodating or understanding

The Mount Veron Rec Center has a full size gym basketball court. There are also outside.
I have no idea. Give them a call, and hopefully someone there will be able to assist you .... Sorry I didn't have the info you wanted.
It depends on what you want to do. Look for information on programs and opportunities at the center here: Community Recreation Centers | City of Alexandria, VA https://www.alexandriava.gov/RecreationCenters
Smoking in any public park in Virginia is generally prohibited. Because there is a generalized self-policed understanding and not an outright ban on smoking in most public places throughout Virginia, it may be possible to smoke on or near the rec center property, but it is certainly not encouraged. For more information see this article: https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/alexandrias-smoking-ban-lights-the-way-for-dc/2013/08/12/f99c0bbc-0297-11e3-bfc5-406b928603b2_story.html
There are some programs for toddlers across Alexandria. Check www.alexandria.gov/Recreation
