AVOID AVOID AVOID Had an appointment for 11:00am. Arrived at the shop at 10:45. Manager was incredibly rude. Took the keys and said he didn’t have any techs available and it would be 2.5-3 hours, despite the Safelite website saying windshield replacements should typically take an hour or less. All of this despite having an appointment booked. At 12:00pm, received a text stating that work on the car was beginning, followed by notification of a rescheduled appointment for 3 days after the appointment day. Called and spoke to a tech who said they didn’t have the right windshield. Staggering ineptitude and unprofessionalism. Get your windshield replaced literally anywhere other than here.

This is my 3rd time at this particular Safelite Auto Glass location. My last previous car I came in 2 times to replace windshield. This time I came i for my 2013 Honda Ridgeline rtl.Made an early appointment 8am,where by you come in 10 mins earlier.Dropped of my truck ,got a call the glass they have had scratches on it,I was a little disappointed. But that wasn't any fault on them ,they only get to see the glass when customer brings in the car for the appointment. So I'll probably have to reschedule , unless they order the glass and it comes in today.

Hi! Cost depends on the type of damage, type of vehicle and other factors. You can get a free quote by going online to Safelite.com or calling the number above! We also work with most insurances.
Geico will cover all cost if you have it.
Sure but call ahead to make appointment
This question doesn't apply to me. Sorry, my experience was very good. Stay safe.
Insurance covered the cost to replace the window
They will take the one off the old glass and place it on the new one.
Oem is usually very expensive. The insurance can cover part of it and you pay the rest.
