Went to the Cypress Hills location and checked in, someone drove their car in front of me I alerted the woman in charge and she said she would make sure that I got attended to in the order I arrived. I also spoke to one of the repairman and he said that the managers are aware of the order in which customers arrived so not to worry about losing my spot in line. He was polite enough to let the woman in charge know that I told him that I was ahead of the customer who cut in front of me. She started yelling that she told me that she was aware and I wouldn't be skipped. However they still attended to the person who cut in front of me and my vehicle was repaired afterwards. Which took almost 2 hours to complete. I had 2 appointments for my oncologist for chemo both my mother and myself have cancer, this is the reason I was very clear that I was ahead of the person that cut in front of me and needed to have my vehicle repaired on time. To make matters worse when I received my vehicle back the person who cut in front of me still didn't come to pick his up. The technician did a decent job and the technician that repaired the other person's car apologized to me for not knowing what happened. He told me the manager never told him that I was ahead of the car that cut in front of me. I've been to Safelite many times before at various locations and my experience at this location was tolerable before. I'm familiar with that particular employee's poor attitude towards customers because I've observed her on the two occasions I visited that location but because of this experience I will never return to any Safelite location or use their services again because of her unprofessional attitude. I'll find a new company to do business with going forward.

Don’t deserve to be in business…..judge for yourself based on my experience: Appointment 1: tech showed up with a badly scratched replacement glass. Wasting my entire day. (Glendale location) Appointment 2: tech showed up with THE SAME EXACT badly scratched replacement glass as in the first appointment. Wasting my family’s entire day. (Glendale location) Appointment 3: Did not show, call or any other form of communication. I called 15 mins before the window of show was to end and I was assured somebody was on the way. No one came. Wasting my family’s entire day. (49th location) Appointment 4: Did not show AGAIN and did not call or inform that they are not coming, wasting my family’s entire day. (49th location) I’d give 1 star for bad service but we didn’t even get as far as providing a service so, worth less than zero if you ask me and no way am I letting them touch my car since they’re incompetent enough to not even follow basic courtesy or carry out a service on 4 occasions.

The service is disgusting! arrived 1pm never left until 6pm! they are unprofessional, unreliable very pathetic. I will never refer anyone to this place.
