About this appointment. Your installer never showed up, never texted or called to let me know. This is the 2 nd time I have gotten screwed by your company. I am emotionally distressed over this. I can't understand how a company your size can let this happen. Especially in today's world. Once again your company is causing much emotional distress. Not cool at all. Very unprofessional; and after this is all done, I hope I never have to use your services again.

Had a chip in my windshield for a rock on highway. I made an appointment through my insurance company and they took me immediately. Safelite explained the process and 45 minutes later I was driving out of there. Wish I could remember my servicemen because he was friendly and did an excellent job.

Well, I went through my insurance so it costed nothing for me, since glass damage is considered a no fault claim. Also from what I've been told from my job (I work at a car dealership) it depends on the size of the crack. If it's smaller than a dollar bill and can be fixed with a resin it would be about $30. If it's bigger than that, the entire glass will have to be replaced and for a Mercedes they might ask for your soul or 1st born.
