Slow as all hell. I’ve had my windshield replaced before and it was not as long as 3 hours like they have taken. Customer service is lacking. You can barely get them to speak to you. They’re lucky the insurance company basically forces you to use their services. If you don’t have to use them- DON’T!

HORRIBLE SERVICE They never showed up to replace my windshield between 3 and 5pm. No call, no text, no email, just blew me off. I called to check at 4pm and was promised 4:30. I called again at 5 - was told to wait until 5:30. 5:45 I called them again. Now cannot get it done for several more days.
