It seems to me that this is a very unprofessional and disorganized agency. Having just received a dual degree and being a licensed social worker, I was interested in the foster care social worker position and the agency's mission. I was scheduled for an interview, was sent a message three times to reschedule during the same day and the day following, and never reached anyone. If there is a lack of respect and consideration for prospective employees, I can only imagine the way in which they treat families and those they've already hired.
