This one in particular has great service and atmosphere. Peets is on another level for the quality of there coffee and ingredients and breakfast/brunch quick foods. Never go to Starbucks if there is a Peets near-by.

Not the best experience; I placed a mobile order ~5 minutes before arriving. When I came in, the place was empty and the employees were in the back having a chat with one of their friends by the espresso machine, and saw me but ignored me when I came in and stood by the mobile order area. After two minutes I went and asked if they'd gotten a mobile order, and the guy working just handed me a drink that had been sitting there the whole time. He wasn't working the machine at all during this time, so the drink was apparently ready and waiting that whole time, but he just didn't care enough to bring it up when I walked in. Waste of my time for no reason. Will prefer the other Peets locations in the area that have better service.
