I scheduled a large donation pickup online and selected the option to receive a call 60 mins prior to arrival. On the morning of, I noticed the ETA online changed multiple times. When I called for clarification, I was told the online estimate was inaccurate & the drivers would arrive 5 hours earlier than the initial ETA. This was concerning because I live at a different address from the pickup location. I received the hour warming call; however, when I arrived within that hour, the driver had already arrived, picked up 2 items that were outside of the garage (which was closed) & left without leaving a receipt or calling. When I called to confirm whether or not the drivers had already arrived, I was given attitude by Tyler and basically told they're not coming back. A complete waste of time, and sadly, I had to dispose of great quality, excellent condition items because the plan to donate them to a good cause fell through.

This is a great charity and easy drop off point. The staff is always friendly and they have ipads to make receipts super efficient. The parking lot is usually full, so it could be hard to get a close space.

This is a well-run and clean facility. They accept donations during their business hours posted on the door. There is somebody there to take the donations and give you a donation slip if requested.
