When I was visiting the DC area I came to Silver Eagle Group several times a week and tried out several of their rental guns and had so much fun on the range. They have good prices and awesome staff, big shoutout to Victor who was always very helpful and answered all my questions ! Greetings from Germany!

This place is like the Mac store of gun range. Maybe not Mac but one of them high end stores you see at Tysons Mall. Prices are not as high as I thought it would be for this kind of store/gun range in Northern Va. Selections are very good. Staff were professional and friendly. There seem to be people complaining about the range officers. It's true they do things a bit differently than other ranges. Usually you pay for a lane. Person behind the counter will assign you a lane and you go in. Here, you get a card and you are greeted by the Range Officer before you go into the man trap door. Which was odd for me at first, but wasn't a big deal. They do seem to be a bit stricter than your average gun range, but not as bad as the NRA range. Even that to me isn't a big deal. As long as you are within the lines and you follow all safety rules range officers usually don't care. They just want you to shoot safely. Sorry people can't post their favorite gun pose or videos on their Instragram or Facebook account.. but I mean seriously.. do you really need to pose with your gun for the world to see? I have used my phone to film myself in there to see how my grips were changing during Bill drill. Range officer even saw me and didn't care. I was following the rules of the range as I was within the lines and my muzzle was always pointing down range. This is a good range. If you are a first time shooter or want to take a first time shooter, it's a place where they can feel very safe. I think Silver Eagle and Elite in Manassas are the top shooting ranges in Northern VA. Elite has a 100 yard range, but unless you are shooting rifle with a scope it's not a big deal. Plus 100 yards is only good for zeroing your scope. You need to have your own land or go out to West Virginia to shoot 300+ yards.

Very well run and professional place. I'm not used to civilian firing ranges but this was tops.
MISSING LINK THE PROPHET
THE MOST NICE AND PROFESSIONAL SHOOTING RANGE THAT IVE EVER BEEN TO. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE KNOWLEABLE AND DOWN TO EARTH. CAME TO THIS LOCATION FOR A QUALIFYING COURSE, BUT I WOULD RETURN IN A HEARTBEAT ALTHOUGH I LIVE AN HOUR AND 1/2 AWAY!

Chik Fil A and Chile's are 10 min away
Yes. For the shotgun, we require slugs only.
Yes to all
$25 range fee + $15 for second person in same lane I think. Gun rentals are $25 but obviously you can bring your own and not pay that part.
Walk in, ask the front desk. There is an initiation fee + monthly membership due. Nothing to it really, especially if you've been there before.
Call or check the website.
Yes, its cheaper if you bring your own ammo. No restrictions on steel or aluminum ammo either.
