This was almost a zero star review but the team at Airstream OC stepped up and did the right thing; making an angry customer into a happy customer is no small achievement. I purchased a used trailer and as soon as I got it back to the desert the AC malfunctioned. After having a local independent repair company look at it they spotted several things wrong with the unit. Although the AC ran fine in OC, out in The Palm Springs 118F summer heat the unit was a total loss and would only run for two minutes before failing. I live in my airstream, as I’m a traveling medical worker, and this inconvenience was a significant detriment to my work so needless to say I was extremely unhappy. After speaking with the team I brought the trailer back and they replaced the unit with a brand new beefed up Dometic AC unit. Even though their team was short staffed they got the work done in a matter of a couple days and at no charge to me. I honestly did not expect that to be the outcome! admittedly I’m a tough person to satisfy and even harder to impress but these guys have my respect. Airstream Orange County lives up to the standard of quality and customer service someone would expect from the Airstream name. A big thank you to Bobby, Dan, Candice and the entire service staff; they did the right thing even though It was the tough thing and I’m so very grateful. I love my traveling home away from home, I am now an Airstream customer for life.

Everyone was great! Our salesman Bobby took all of our annoying calls with professionalism and grace. Erick was super informative on the workings and functions of our new airstream and Jose did a great job getting us road worthy. Overall a great experience.

This is the worst Airstream Dealer ever. I bought a 2019 Airstream Interstate Tommy Bahama Edition and it has been nothing but problems from both the Dealer and the quality of the coach. From day 1 the awning was ripped, and they had ordered another replacement. Still to this day it is not fixed. They cut the ripped part off instead of ordering new material. Now the awning opens only about 60% of full. There are so many rattles and squeaks and loose bolts and hinges that i cant believe it let the factory this way. Do not buy from this dealer and do not buy an Interstate. they are overpriced rattle traps. Worst experience ever.

Had to bring in my 2018 Airstream Interstate to get a new upgraded battery system and some new upgraded cabinet latches installed. Fortunately I was lucky enough to work with their service manager Dillon Johnson who provided me with outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was super kind, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, efficient in covering all the bases and ensuring everything was taken care of with my Airstream.
