This location is primarily self check out. Usually one cashier will be available- but not always. That is the normal here-it's how the store was setup and always operates.... Except at busy holidays then their might be two cashiers open.

Yes, early is always best. I do not know about the returns there at this walmart but if its not perishables you might like the spacious area for returns and services at the NE Hwy 99 Walmart. It is large and laid out well.
