Although I am having trouble getting a refund for the prepaid package that I purchased I will say that Wendy is very nice and very supportive. The only thing I will say is that I am out $405.00 due to lab results which kicked me out of the program. They refuse to refund the money and only offered products that I can’t use. Just pay for services as you need them I would suggest not buying packages in advance. I am having to dispute this claim with my FSA and hopefully it gets rectified that way. Just watch your pocketbooks in case you need to stop their services at any time you will not be reimbursed.
