I enjoyed the community when I moved in 3 years ago. It's quiet, clean, and safe. But ever since the community ownership changed I've continued to have maintenance problems that continually go ignored for months on end. It took more than 6 months to get my dishwasher fixed, at one point I had to enter a work order every week to get them to bandage the problem until One day it died and was immediately replaced. I was told that the manager wouldn't approve the replacement prior to the machine breakin. One maintenance man actually harassed my family for months until he finally moved out. I filed a complaint about him but no one ever told me what came of it. I also ended up with German roaches after my downstairs neighbor left and I can't constantly get anyone to take care of that either, even though the staff has been notified that my child gets allergy shots due to his allergy to roaches. It's not a luxury community by any stretch of the imagination, it's decent and needs many improvements.

German roaches. We were killing up to five a day for months and catching many more in traps. From other reviews, I saw I was not the only one experiencing this. They got into our fridge and oven, among other places..it was disgusting. A staff member finally , stepped up and offered more help (which I appreciated), our apartment was to get flushed (which meant removing everything from cabinets and pantries) only for us to be told by the exterminator on the day it was supposed to be done, that it was no longer happening. I gave up at that point. That was when we began looking for a new place to live, that coupled with another incident and we were done. We moved out before our lease was up. The maintenance staff cancels work orders. I had to put my phone in a plastic bag and record my broken dishwasher from the inside in order to get someone to finally fix it. I waited months to receive my mailbox key. While Carson and Jessica did their best to be kind and help us, overall, it was an extremely unpleasant experience and I do regret ever moving there.

Not Yet. I think they left for lunch. Most trucks gone, though. Just two remaining front of the transformer. They didn’t start til 9:04 this morning. Let’s hope it’s done by 4.
