Terrible!! You get harassed thee entire time you are in the store, even if you are an employee. They harass you in the name of it being their jobs, maybe the worst place on earth.. Not kidding!!! Alot of staff definitely need to be retrained, don't know how to treat customers or employees.

By far the worst customer service at the auto care center ! The service throughout the store is awesome. But apparently in the auto care center they can care less about providing good service. I ordered 4 tires online to be delivered to the store. When I received the confirmation email it said to call in to schedule an appointment if you need installation. So i did, then was told it’s only first come first serve. I showed the email that clearly says to call and schedule an appointment. The response was “well I’m telling you it’s first come first serve.” So I go at 7am today to drop my car off. I let the young lady know how the email says one thing but employees are saying another. She tells me that I could schedule an appointment. So i tell her I’ve tried on 2 separate occasions to schedule an appointment and was told I can’t. She then says “well I’m telling you that you can.” This has been the worst experience. Every employee i came across in the auto center acts like god forbid you need help or have a question. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to get any service here !

Well I bought the Tyres online and made the appointment for mount them at the same time but the Manager in auto care center can not find my appointment did not remember her name but she did not know how to use the system and argued with me for 15 to 20 mins that she I did not made any appointment and trys to put me on the back of the list did not remember her name then the other young girl come in and found my appointment pretty quickly but the Manager she dont have any manners never apologized never said that she made a mistake she should check her system properly before start arguing with the customers very bad experience I had 5 stars her now i am giving 1 because of her never happened anything like that before.

The Walmart is huge and it has a large selection, but be prepared for the staff to constantly stare at you as if you're a thief. I'm pregnant, and I'm out shopping with my mom, and we put everything scanned off to the side while being obvious that we scanned the items, and yet an older Asian employee (who barely speaks any English) made us go through customer service to recheck-out ALL of our items... we had our receipts with every item on them, but he made us go through each individual item while making me stand on my feet, to which is not very comfortable when you're 34 weeks pregnant and have had a long day... Hire people that speak English and that aren't racist towards Whites for no reason. Thanks

It really depends on the situation. If its the only one there & the rest is something else, then no. But if there is more than one than yes. But also depends on the price. If the sign says like $9.00 but the item is say $100 than no. But also I think Wal-Mart is getting away from that.
