Applications on a table after the 1st set of doors. You need to fill it out, include a check or credit info and drop it in the slot. I got mine mailed to me in 4 days. Hope that helps.

Does anyone know what time they are closed for lunch? I'd like to go pay my water bill during my lunch but don't remember if they are open or not.
