They are appointment only with a $40 deposit via CashApp or Venmo. No parking you will circle a few times to find a spot. Everyone was pleasant. Make sure when booking your appointment, that you state you also want a nail design, so time is allocated for it. There was a misunderstanding when my appointment was made. But I was able to get a wonderful nail design ❤️ on the fly. Total cost for liquid gel refill and nail design $88. Yes, pricy...my normal spot this is what I would of paid for with a pedicure. However, I like the nail techniques quality of work, mannerisms and appreciate good conversations. Sum it up...satisfed customer, who will returned.

Loud and ghetto atmosphere. You are Rushed and NOT a priority - when there is a regular client who is next. My appointment was shorten because a priority client was late and another priority client was after me. This was verbally told to me SEVERAL times! In order for the appointment concept to work you have to take a real consultation of what the person want, NOT just general or else you do not know how long it will take to complete their nails. Every technician take a different amount of time and if you’re not fully aware of what a customer want - how do you know how long it will take smh!! I can’t even believe this place requires a deposit it is not upscale at all. Also, I had better nails for much less! ******************^^^^***** I was called at home and told her to come a half an hour later, because my nail tech was still busy. then my nails were not finished because the client after me came, so I did sit idle at an empty station waiting to get my nails done which I did not even complain about but the response below isn’t correct. Then I was told by the person who was going to finish my nails that I needed to hurry up because she had appointment at 4pm then I was rushed out of the chair and give an attitude because I didn’t get an additional design on my nails after I was told the incorrect price. also my Pedi is falling apart and it’s only been two days I am missing stones!

I have been a client here for years and now my mom is a client. The shop is clean with a beautiful decor. They offer the latest techniques, designs, and services. The staff are always fun, friendly, and professional. They're like family. I highly recommend this business, appointments are recommended, but be on the lookout for last minute open appointments on their social media.
