Some kind of way they were able to remove my review so I will write another. I booked an appointment with the manager, the man that is always walking around. He told me I was all set and that I was booked. I booked an appointment for my bday and it was scheduled on my actual bday. When I didn't receive a text confirming my appointment I called. The girl at the desk told me I had no appointment but I did. She acted like she didn't care about the fact that they messed up my schedule.

I was charged double ($82 for gel nails) and they refused to refund me. So, yeah. Not a great time…. Side note I’m writing this review because someone I know was also just charged more and they again refused to refund. My recommendation is that you make sure they’re charging you the right amount because they will try to overcharge and they will play dumb when you ask about it after the fact. Shady business…
