I would give this place NO stars if I could! Went in for a routine procedure and was greeted by a very nice lady who took all my information. I expected everyone else would be the same way too. Unfortunately that was not the case. the nurse that took care of me couldn't have been more disinterested. She messed up inserting the IV and told me my veins were "too small" Oddly enough nobody else ever had that problem. When she did the other hand, it was painful-but I wasn't going to have her trying again! It's over a week and my hand is still bruised As I waited to be taken in I lay there and no one else came to check on me. Three nurses stood outside my door(with the curtain open) and complained about another employee and someone who was brain dead!! This is NOT what you want to hear prior to a procedure. I got nervous when they took me in and started to cry. NOBODY took the time to calm my nerves. My doctor was wonderful and very caring-but she was the only one. Now I know why she had so many openings in this surgicenter compared to Abington. Never again!!

I was at the center on Feb 14,2020 for a procedure. Everybody was friendly and kind. Everything was explained in a clear manner. The facility is well orgranized and clean. There is parking in front and on the side. It is fully handicap accessible. I can't say enough good things about this facility.
