If a sign states a price on a item is the store supposed to honor what the sign says

It really depends on the situation. If its the only one there & the rest is something else, then no. But if there is more than one than yes. But also depends on the price. If the sign says like $9.00 but the item is say $100 than no. But also I think Wal-Mart is getting away from that.
