Everyone in area worked by appt. Only. Got low almost flat tire when I was leaving home to work. Called many places this was the only one taking walk ins w 45 min. wait. All others only had appts. Late afternoon or next day. They fixed my tire in less than 1/2 hr. From arrival time. Charges were the least I have paid for patch repair ( not a plug). Then they called me that I left my thermal mug in waiting area. You don't see this kind of customer service anywhere. And they checked my brakes per my request at no charge. Total bill out the door low 30's. Just moved to area from Lake County and this will be the ONLY place I will go to. You want old fashioned customer service and honest, THIS IS THE PLACE.

I got an oil change here and noticed a week later my car was leaking oil. So I called and talked to the manager whom was completely unapologetic about it. I brought it in, and they admitted the oil plug was not put in correctly. Here I am a another week later, and my car is leaking oil again. This location is Completely incompetent at oil changes apparently. I will never go to Firestone again.
