I went today as I have done before when it was a different name for X-rays . I was so impressed by the customer service , professionalism & kindness of the staff Especially the reception desk staff who was manned by Jonathan & Eric. They were both courteous when I arrived & when I left . They say it only takes 30 seconds to make an impression so it’s extremely important to to your best to be the best . Their smile said it all. The tech was Brian also very professional & kind. Plus the nurse & another staff member in the back area. I had an appt at 11:30 am & was done by 11:50 am I couldn’t believe it . Of course doing the online Pre registration made it a breeze. RAYUS you have the right people staff at the front desk as first impressions is what patients / visitors will remember. I am a retired nurse who managed a staff at a local major hospital so I can say you all did it right. Job well done . Thank you ! EN

---DO --- NOT --- USE --- THIS --- PRACTICE--- This has to be the WORST imaging office in the state of Florida. They could care less about their patients and their staff are rude and entitled. My grandfather who has congestive heart failure and extreme family history of cancer after 2 months of fighting to get an appointment for a bone marrow scan obtained one a month out, only to wait the entire month and this horrific excuse for a medical practice to call and cancel his appointment 2 days out. A man thought to have cancer and been diagnosed with congestive heart failure wasted 3 months of precious time that he will never get back. They are heartless, cold and should not be in business if this is how they conduct it. Please if you are referred to this practice I would advise you to seek other options. This place should be absolutely ashamed.

They offer an online patient portal on their website www.sandlakeimaging.com where you can find results. If you need the film you can call them and order the results and film to pick up.
Yes they do x-rays MRI ultrasounds and without contrast all of the above
