Bought a wig at this location and was appalled at the attitude the girl at the register had. The wig was one of those that comes with an extra headband. The owner lady was the one who helped me get it and off I went to pay for it. When I approached the girl at the register she proceeded to open the box and take out the extra headband. When I asked her why are you doing that she simply stated “Because this don’t come with the wig” Excuse me??? If you pulled it out of the perfectly sealed box IT COMES WITH IT! I told her she was mistaken and to put it back. She refused to do so. For about 10 mins she stood there and argued with me that it didn’t belong there. Finally the owner lady came and told her that I was right, ordered her to put it back and to apologize to me for such poor customer service and for being rude and disrespectful. Do you think she did? No Ma’am, she did not. This is the kind of behavior that will hurt your business. If that was my employee, I would’ve fired her on the spot.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I called about a specific product and was told it was available and in stock. I immediately drove up there only to find out it had to be ordered and the person I spoke with was incredibly rude. They called another store and told me it was available there, so I drove across town only to find out they didn’t have it either. Stop wasting peoples time and get it together people.

Always have what I need. Got a wig, press on nails, lip liner, lashes, eye liner, glue and nail polish for under 100. My favorite beauty supply store by far!
